Privacy

Cookies and Web Beacons
Cookies are information packets sent by web servers to web browsers, and stored by the web browsers. The information is then sent back to the server each time the browser requests a page from the server. This enables a web server to identify and track web browsers. There are two main kinds of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are deleted from your computer when you close your browser, whereas persistent cookies remain stored on your computer until deleted, or until they reach their expiry date.
Web beacons act in the same way, however they are a small, transparent graphic. Very small, about 1x1 pixel in size. They can be places in an email or on a website to track user behavior and/or use.

Paid Advertising
Blogging is a fun job and paid advertising helps support my desire to continue bringing my deeply valued readers interesting and informative posts.

Google Adsense
Wholey Fit utilizes Google Adsense for both monetization and to bring my readers into contact with relevant products, information, and services. I believe it's a win-win situation.

Sponsored Posts
On occasion, I do what's called a "sponsored post", which relates to topics I currently already write about. What this means is that I would write a post utilizing a small portion of that post to discuss, review, or link to said advertiser's product or service that I feel is a potential health interest to my readers.

Affiliate Links
By becoming an affiliate for certain companies, my readers are able to click through my highly-selective product affiliate links or banners, which in turn, allows me to earn a small commission, should they decide to make a purchase.
My promise to you, my readers, is that I will only form these relationships with companies or products that I truly believe in, have a superior health product or service, or make a particular product (that I love) easily available to you, online.
